Measure your pet before selecting the crate. Your pet should be able to stand naturally, turn around and lie down comfortably inside.
Place the crate on a level surface and ensure all components are securely assembled.
Introduce your pet to the crate well before travelling to allow them to become comfortable with it.
Place suitable absorbent bedding inside the crate.
Attach the appropriate water container securely before travel where required.
Ensure the door is fully closed and securely locked before moving the crate.
For air travel, attach the required identification and LIVE ANIMAL labels.
