What to expect
We examine your pet calmly, explain what we find in plain language, and agree a plan with you. Most pets go home the same day.
What to bring
Your pet's vaccination record and any past medical notes. Note down symptoms, appetite and toilet changes.
How often should my pet have a check-up?
At least once a year. Puppies, kittens and senior pets benefit from more frequent visits.
Do I need an appointment?
Booking ahead is best. For emergencies, call our 24hr line.
Can you treat my pet on the same visit?
Yes, for many common problems. If further tests are needed, we'll explain first.
